WELCOME TO AMOEBA CENTRAL!

Not a lot of people know this, but we had a webpage back in 1997. It was a Geocities page, but we thought we were sooooooo professional for having one. Unfortunately, the domain we used to alias is no longer available, so we launched this one instead.

Anywho, it's good to be back on the interwebs with something other than a Bookface page, though we still have that, too.
Regardless, here is your source for news. We'll be honest, it won't update much. We all live miles apart and have no plans to play live in the near future.

BUT, we do have some exciting recording projects in the works, and there will be updates to this here page occasionally so check here to learn about that stuff.
Or, better yet,
subscribe to our mailing list to get updates as they happen!

DAISY A DAY

Now available on Bandcamp, Mutants Of The East Presents Maine Covers Maine: Mutations Of Homegrown Standards, featuring our version of Jud Strunk's "Daisy A Day", and TWENTY SEVEN other songs.
There are very few degrees of separation between The Amoebas and Jud- Chris had his wife as an art teacher in Junior High School, Leon is friends with his son and grandson, and Aaron's dad used to be acquainted with him via one of the local watering holes. By playing one of his songs, we are tipping a cap to our hometown of Farmington, made famous by Jud in the early 70s.
And speaking of Bandcamp....
We just launched
our own page there, which has our entire discography, including the long unavailable Not Quite Human LP, which can be found there exclusively. Check it out, and as always, ROCK ON!
